Senior Urban Renewal Project Coordinator - $6,205-$7,921 Monthly - The City of Gresham is thrilled to announce an opening for a limited-term (2 year) Senior Urban Renewal Project Coordinator.  You will take the lead in supporting complex project and program management for the Urban Renewal program.  You will be part of a small collaborative team that engages with a variety of stakeholders to develop, manage and implement complex and highly visible urban renewal and redevelopment projects in the Rockwood-West Gresham Urban Renewal Area.  Managing the urban renewal incentive/grants program for the City of Gresham will also be part of your responsibilities. We are seeking someone with extensive experience in real estate development project management, workforce development, micro-entrepreneurship, tenant recruitment, public and private development, transitioning urban areas, and experience interacting with the public and various agencies involved with urban renewal efforts.  The Gresham Redevelopment Commission administers the Rockwood-West Gresham Renewal Plan, a twenty year plan for improving the economy and the community of Rockwood-West Gresham.
